Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is at 2.00pm Check out is by 9.30am

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Queensleigh Apartments can arrange a late check out which subject to availability. We charge $10 per hour, so please enquire with reception.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We require a credit card as security on arrival. Should you not have a credit card we require a $200 cash bond

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

WiFi is available at Queensleigh Broadbeach Apartments at a nominal cost

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

Apartments will receive a complete linen change after 5 days when staying 10 nights or more

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes we provide all linen during your stay

Q: Is the swimming pool heated?

Yes the pool and spa at Queensleigh is heated

Q: Is after hours check in available?

After hours check in service is available. Please push the Manager button at the intercom and we will assist. Please advise us if you intend to arrive late.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Secure undercover is available with 1 spot provided per apartment

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

The Oasis shopping centre is located only a few minutes walk. Broadbeach has a great range of some of the Gold Coast finest restaurants all within walking distance of Queensleigh

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a Woolworths located in the Oasis Shopping Centre which is a few minutes walk

Q: How far away is the beach?

The beach is directly across the road from Queensleigh Apartments in Broadbeach

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

The bus stop is only 100m from Queensleigh on the Gold Coast Highway. Buses go North and South to all major destinations including the theme parks

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
